north-west part of Montana the Glacier County is best known
of the Glacier National Park. The Park was established in
1910 on around 1 000 000 acres of land and since it is one
of the best known Parks in the USA. The Park is just one of
the attractions of the Glacier County. Besides the Park, you
will find here many beautiful lakes, endless number of streams
and rivers, small, dynamic towns, dense and green forests
and most important - friendly people. Glacier County rises
from gently rolled prairies into high Rocky Mountains. The
climate mirrors these changes to provide milder winters on
the east slopes of the Rockies. Glacier County is one of the
most geographically diversified region of the American West.
