Idaho is the real "Gem State". Hidden between large Montana and well known Washington State is Idaho the best kept secret of the American West. The two main East-West Interstates cross Idaho in the North on the way to Seattle, and in the South on the way to Portland. Between the two Interstates you will find richly diversified country with rivers, canyons, valleys and mountains. This is the best place for the white water rafting, for quiet camps and RV Parks. The North is rich with lakes, rivers, forests and resorts located either on the lake shores or for the winter - in the mountains.
