Mohave
County of Arizona is mostly a desert county with little communities
scattered all over the territory. The County was formed in 1864
as a part of the Arizona Territory. The main industry of the County
is tourism but mining and the railroad are still important features
of the Mohave County. Mohave is the second largest County of Arizona
but most of the land is desert. The man made water reservoirs and
lakes are the power behind the Town and City creations. The Colorado
River supplies most of the water to western part of Mohave County
and at the same time to eastern Nevada. Mohave County is a home
to many craftsmen, artisans and artists. You can find them scattered
around little desert communities and hamlets and whey you find them
you'll be amazed by their works.
